CASAL focuses exclusively on locations with documented demand and positive price development – such as Mallorca and Northern Italy. These areas have historically proven to be robust in the housing price market and attractive to both private and professional investors.

We monitor the market closely and only select properties that have the potential for value appreciation – either through location, condition, modernization, or a combination. This gives our owners security and future opportunities for profit if they wish to sell their share one day.

Expected price development for your share

When you own a share through CASAL, you own a specific part of a property. The price of your share follows the development in the property’s total market value. Typically, the share value is expected to increase by 3–7% annually, depending on the area, renovation level, and development in local demand. You have the option to sell your share when you want – and upon sale, CASAL is ready with valuation, sales process, and marketing through our network.

Intermediate investment

Do you want to create a return in the shorter term?

As an intermediate investor, you have the opportunity to buy vacant shares in properties where we have not yet sold all eight parts. When the shares are resold to end buyers, you get your return – typically within 6–12 months.

This is a good opportunity for investors who want exposure to the housing market in southern Europe – but without having to use the property themselves.

Renovation projects

Invest with a longer time horizon

For investors with a longer investment horizon, we also offer access to selected renovation projects. Here you invest in a property with potential, where the value is increased through renovation and division into shares, which are subsequently sold.
Renovation projects typically have a time horizon of 24–36 months, depending on the local approval process and execution plan.
