Do you want a different home?
CASAL is a modern premium sharing concept that gives you the opportunity to own a share of a home – at 1/8 of the price and without the hassle.
The model is based on ownership, where up to 8 owners jointly invest in a carefully selected home through a Danish company. Each share entitles the owner to a minimum of 6 weeks of exclusive use per year, which is booked via an app and distributed fairly through a rotating booking system.
We have selected a number of exclusive homes that we think are absolutely fantastic.
But if you have found a dream home yourself – or you want to own your home alone or together with 1 other, 2 others or something completely different – do not hesitate to contact us.
Our CASAL Co-Living model is offered for all homes and our legal and facility setup can be used regardless of ownership model.
In addition, through our own real estate agent, we have access to all homes in Mallorca.
