To ensure that we continuously deliver on that promise, we conduct regular satisfaction surveys among all owners. We actively use the results to develop and improve our concept.
At the same time, we have a live satisfaction measurement integrated into our CASAL Community App, where owners can share feedback in real time – both positive and negative – and suggest new initiatives. This means that we always have our finger on the pulse and can act quickly if something can be improved.
