Our Love for Mallorca

Mallorca is not just a destination – it’s a feeling.
An island we have visited time and time again, and which always gives us the feeling of coming home.

It’s the light over the Tramuntana mountains, the small squares in the villages, the local wine, the hidden beaches and the lively pulse of Palma. It is the changing seasons – and where the island always has something to offer, whether it is summer, autumn or mid-January.

Mallorca has everything we associate with the good life: nature, culture, gastronomy, sport and tranquility – in a balance rarely found elsewhere.

It is this love for the island that is the cornerstone of CASAL. And that is why we want to share Mallorca with others – so that more people can have their own sanctuary here, without hassle or worries, but with everything that makes the island so special.

There are places you visit – and then there are places you return to again and again.

For Anne Nør Lauvring (co-founder of CASAL), Mallorca has become more than a travel destination. It is a sanctuary, a breathing space, and a place where the pace slows down and life’s little joys are given space.

For more than 20 years, Anne has been seduced by the island’s warm rhythm. She knows the sound of the early mornings when the city wakes up, the scent of orange groves in Sóller and the feeling of the soft evening breeze when the sun sinks behind the Tramuntana mountains.

“For me, Mallorca is a mixture of presence and freedom. Here I find both inspiration and peace – and it always feels a bit like coming home,” she says.

Over time, the love for the island has grown into something deeper – an understanding of the local life, the small cafes, the wine producers, the craftsmen and the Balearic sense of quality.

Today, Anne shares her passion for Mallorca through CASAL, where she invites others to experience the island in the same authentic way: with peace, style and community at its center.

Because Mallorca is not just about sun and sea – it’s about quality of life.
