The concept
At CASAL, we have created a modern co-ownership concept in the premium segment, where you can access a luxurious holiday home in Mallorca – without worries, without hassle, and without being alone with either responsibility or expenses.
The concept is based on a simple idea: Most private holiday homes stand empty for the majority of the year. It is expensive, resource-intensive, and often causes more trouble than joy. With CASAL, you share the home with a maximum of eight owners, which ensures a safe, manageable, and well-considered model where you only pay for the time you actually use.
When you become part of CASAL Co-Living, you get:
- Minimum 6 weeks of exclusive right of use per share each year – distributed fairly through a simple and transparent booking system. - If you need more weeks, it is possible to buy one more share.
- A fully furnished home in Nordic aesthetics, combined with local charm and quality in every detail.
- Private storage – so your things, bike, golf equipment, or favorite wine are always waiting for you when you arrive.
- Access to CASAL Concierge & Homeshop, where you can order everything from groceries to local specialties in advance.
- Car included in the home, so you land and drive directly home without worrying about rental or transport. (selected properties)
- Professional operation and administration, so that everything practical regarding cleaning, maintenance, insurance and law is handled in advance.
The difference to timeshare is crucial: In CASAL you own a share of the home through a Danish company (P/S). It is a real ownership, not a lease. This means both greater security, better finances and the opportunity to sell your share again if life changes. At the same time, you actually own your home and therefore have security in the form of real estate.
But CASAL is more than a home. It is a community.
