You decide whether you want to buy one share or more (max. 4 shares per property per owner).
You also have the option to buy shares in several properties or, alternatively, buy the entire property yourself.
How it works
CASAL Co-Living is a modern shared-housing concept where 2 to 8 families share ownership of one exclusive property through a Danish company. Everything is legally structured correctly, safely, and transparently.
As an owner, you get a minimum of 6 weeks of usage per year, distributed fairly through a transparent booking system and a user-friendly app.
We take care of all the practicalities, so you can concentrate on enjoying your home:
- Legal structure & ownership agreements – everything is thoroughly worked out and secured.
- Operation & maintenance – professional administration, cleaning, and service.
- CASAL Concierge – via our app, you can order everything from groceries to experiences.
