How do we purchase one or more shares?

The most common way to become a co-owner in CASAL typically starts with attending one of our events or webinars. Here, we present the concept and share inspiration on how the holiday home dream can become a reality.

The next step is a personal meeting with us, where we go through the CASAL concept in detail and talk about your wishes and dreams for a future home. It is important for us to put together the ownership group in the best possible way, so that the community functions optimally.

To become part of CASAL, a personal meeting is always part of the process.

You can find your dream home in 3 ways

1. You can choose one of the homes that CASAL has selected here on the site – under homes – these homes have been carefully selected by CASAL based on a wide range of criteria, both in terms of the home’s quality and layout – outdoor area – location – pricing, etc.

2. You find your own dream home – send information about it to CASAL – and we initiate a search process to find other owners with the same preference for their home.

3. You fill out the wish list about what you dream of – and CASAL initiates a process to find a match between owners and home

Once you have found your dream home, the purchase process below is initiated

This is how the purchase of a share in your dream home proceeds:

1: Letter of intent is signed after the personal meeting.

2: When the individual property is 75% subscribed (6 shares sold), CASAL initiates the purchase of the property and it is reserved

3: Purchase agreement and other documents are sent to those who have purchased shares, and the money for one’s share is deposited in a closed lawyer / client account

4. The sale of the last two shares continues in the reservation phase, and when these are sold – the properties are finally purchased (within 2 months)

5: CASAL takes care of the purchase and furnishing of the home so that it is ready for handover to the up to 8 owners as soon as possible

The process typically takes 2-6 months depending on the speed of the sale from share 1 to share 8.

CASAL has chosen the above process because we are all different and have individual dreams and wishes for our home.
