At CASAL, we have created a system where everything is about peace, fairness and flexibility.
Our booking system makes it easy to plan your stays,
and ensures that everyone over time gets equal access to the year’s most attractive weeks.
No races, no coincidences – just a well-thought-out system that creates security and balance.
When you own a share of your home through CASAL Co-Living, you are guaranteed a minimum of 6 weeks each year in your own holiday paradise – and often more.
To make planning simple and fair, we have developed a unique booking system that is free of stress, point chasing and skewed distributions. You do not have to be ready at the computer at a specific time – instead, the system is based on annual booking rounds, where you can calmly enter your wishes and priorities for the coming 12 months – as well as a “last minute” concept where vacant weeks can be booked at short notice.

How booking works in CASAL
At CASAL, we have made booking simple, fair and stress-free.
Once a year – in October – you choose the weeks you want to use in the coming calendar year. When the deadline closes, the system automatically distributes the weeks according to a transparent rotation principle, so that all shares over time get equal access to the most attractive periods.
One annual booking round
In October, you enter up to 8 desired weeks in prioritized order (Priority 1–8).
The system then allocates 6 weeks per share based on the prioritization.
The distribution takes place automatically and fairly – no one has to be ready at the keyboard.
You will be notified when your weeks are assigned and can confirm them directly in the app.
The weeks that are not confirmed are passed on to the next in the rotation order or released as vacant.
How the rotation principle works
CASAL’s rotation principle ensures that everyone over time gets the same access to both high season and low season.
In the first priority pass, Share 1 starts at the front of the line, then Share 2, 3, etc.
In the second priority, the order moves one place, so Share 2 starts first.
This is how the rotation continues through all priorities and years.
Over time, this means that all shares alternately stand first in line and get an equal chance for their top choices – completely without coincidence or favoritism.
This means that regardless of one’s position in the queue, one’s probability of getting the weeks one wants is high. At the same time, the circle of owners typically consists of families who are at different stages of life, and this further helps to ensure an even distribution of the weeks in the home.
All CASAL homes are located in areas where there is life all year round, so it is ensured that there is access to a cup of coffee and cosiness on the square, no matter which week of the year you come.
