The Structure Behind CASAL Co-Living

When you purchase a share in CASAL Co-Living, you effectively become a co-owner of a luxury residence in Mallorca. The ownership is organized through a Danish limited partnership (P/S), which owns the property. Your ownership share is legally secured, and you have the same rights and obligations as any other owner – but without the disadvantages that usually come with owning a holiday home alone.

This is not timeshare. Timeshare is a lease agreement where you only have the right to use a property for a specific period. With CASAL, you own a legal share of the company that owns the property – a real asset that can be resold in the same way as a summer house in Denmark.
