How we select the homes
At CASAL, we don’t just select holiday homes – we handpick homes that set the stage for the good life under the southern sun. Every property in our concept is carefully chosen based on a set of clear criteria.
First and foremost, the location must be special – it must be places we would choose ourselves. Views, light, tranquility, and proximity to nature or local life always play a central role. We never compromise on location – it is the foundation for the feeling of home.
The property must be unique and well-thought-out. Not necessarily large – but with space for both socializing and contemplation, for sunny meals and quiet evenings. And of course, with ample storage space for your personal belongings, so you feel at home every time you arrive.
When we furnish the homes, it is done with respect for the local and inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics: warmth, clean lines, natural materials, and high quality in every detail. We create spaces you look forward to entering – spaces that are as pleasant to be in as they are beautiful to look at.

Bitten Munck Larholm is our real estate agent and property finder in Mallorca. She lives in Palma, knows the market thoroughly, and combines local insight with a professional and down-to-earth approach – so you feel secure all the way from search to transaction.
With Bitten on the team, we find the right houses for CASAL’s Co-Living, but she also assists if you wish to buy your own property on the island – or sell. More people today choose to sell in shares rather than the whole house, and with CASAL’s setup, we can facilitate shares, find the right buyers, and handle all the practical and legal aspects.
