Bonavida Villas is created with a well-considered architectural balance between privacy, views and togetherness. Each villa is built on three levels, where the space is experienced as flowing – always in dialogue with the nature around you.
The basement contains a private garage for two cars, technical room and a large storage area, which can be adapted as needed – for example as a wine cellar, fitness room or hobby room. From here there is direct access to the main floors of the house via an internal staircase.
The ground floor is the heart of the home – a large, open space where living room, dining room and kitchen flow together into one. The large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the terrace and garden, so the boundary between inside and outside almost disappears.
